Return and Refund Policy for VAELIRAEL

Eligibility for Returns 
We accept returns of unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached. The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, personalized products, and clearance items.
Return Process 
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@vaelirael.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
Refund Processing 
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges 
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items 
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
